Spinning

 

City Textiles, has a well-equipped and modern spinning unit. The unit is operational under the dynamic leadership of Chief Executive. City Textiles is producing carded yarn in 100% cotton (count range: 1½/s to 40/s). Our spinning project is producing Auto spliced, Unspliced & Electronically Cleaned Yarn.

Weaving

 

City Textiles have deep roots in the weaving sector since two decades. Our weaving unit is capable of producing different qualities of canvas in plain, Dosooti and ripstop weave. We can also produce fabrics like dobbies, twills, and drill etc. We maintain sufficient inventory levels of different types of canvas and fabrics to ensure urgent and bulk supplies needed by the customers.

Our Dyeing and Waterproofing plant is one of the best indigenous plant with sufficient production capacity to meet the customer requirement of quick supplies. The plant is well equipped with facilities of rot proofing and fire retardant treatments.

Tent Making

 

The tent making section is the backbone of this establishment, which is one of the best in Asia. We have a line production in our tent-manufacturing unit having sections like cutting, paneling, framing, stitching, cobbling & packing followed by all the processes like spinning, weaving, dyeing & waterproofing. We have high-speed JUKI machines, which cater the quick demands of our customers through out the world.

 

Garment Section

 

Our garment division is fully committed with the achievement of accuracy, precision and consistency.

Our Garment unit is equipped with best Juki and other allied Machines. Our main line of manufacturing in garment division is work wears including all type of overalls and prisoner suits. We produce overalls for industry and agriculture. We produce water repellant overalls for agricultural sector, which is normally used while sprinkling pesticides. We produce overalls in twill of different weights and qualities ranging from 8 oz to 14.5 oz.
